♠ All our bags are authentic and brand new, shipped in from U.S.

♠ No Cancellation of orders and No Refund will be made unless out of stock or when shipment fails

♠ Items received are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

♠ Updates of status will be done on livejournal entry and through email correspondence.

♠ I am not responsible if merchant ships the wrong item but I will make sure my order sent to merchant is correct.

♠ I am not responsible for defective items and lost mails as it is uncontrollable by me, however all shipment to Singapore are covered by insurance.
